|Recommended: YesMoving In — I moved in yesterday, and the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. The neighbors were friendly and the maintenance staff were helpful as well. There was alot of slamming doors late at night but other than that the area is very quiet. I didn't hear any yelling or talking late at night. There was alot of trash behind my balcony, but there was grounds keepers outside taking care of the property the next day.

The bad thing is that it has some details and it is so easy to see that it is an old apartment and or the maintenance has not been good.
It would be nice to have all the electronics devices microwave, refrigerator and washers updated because they waste a lot of energy.

|Recommended: YesOverall very put together apartments — Moved in July 2022 I am not living there full time yet but moved into a well cleaned apartment. Small amount of defects my disposal was broken upon move in but weekend emergency maintenance came and took a look at it and is having it fixed before i move in full time. Office staff at Pimlico is always helpful and typically has the answer to all my move in questions.

|Recommended: YesRecommend to live — I do not like an apartment which do not have a kitchen waste crusher and adequate parking space I argue with the office about this and did not receive an expected response. But the maintenance worker here is great, I don't know which maintenance company the Pimlico collaborate with, they are professional and enthusiastic. Honestly, my experience at the beginning is not good enough, but along with the time, Pimlico is a good place to live in. Especially today I went to the office due to the wrong balance. A staff whose name is Mclynn I hope I typed the right name, he was in the office before noon on June 28 . He is very quick and clear to help me figure out where the balance was wrong and let me double confirm it. I have lived here for a whole year and he is by far the most professional, smartest, and most knowledgeable staff member I have seen in dealing with customers and keeping energy at all times. Before leaving, he stopped me and reminded me again of the steps to check out. If pimlico has been recruiting such employees, the company will develop very well in every city. Shout out to him. I will follow up and post more about the service rating after moving out on their social website.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and nice — Overall, I have enjoyed living in Pimlico, the area is quiet and nice. The apartments are nice and the maintenance crew is usually on top of stuff. It’s a good place for study oriented students, and is close to WSU. It is also directly on a bus route, which is nice
