|Recommended: YesGreat apartments and office staff — Great place to rent in Pullman, especially if you work right across the street at Pullman. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

|Recommended: YesWalkways and stairs — would really like to see pressure washing of walkways and residents stairs. Ours looks very bad and has broken glass and what looks like blood stains.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place — The process was easy. Staff friendly. Would be 5 5 but when I moved in sliding door blinds were missing panels and towel rack wasn't installed properly. Overall great experience.

|Recommended: YesNice and Clean but Noisy — Between the constant stomping from above and fireworks going off for months on end in the wee hours of the morning, noise is out of control. Oh, and also the individual who drives their car with no muffler, commuting at about 7am every morning...Management needs to crack down on the noise.

|Recommended: YesJust a great place to live and worth the rental — Been at Pimlico going on three years now and other than the occasional ruckus from the students above, its been a pleasure staying here and the staff has been nothing but professional and very pleasant The maintenance folks have also been extremely responsive and very professional as well. All around great place to live. I'm so very glad y'all are moving away from carpets...wood floors are much more easier to maintain and eliminates odors for sure. TY
